me too, 27 Apr 2015The SIM Card goes on the bottom slot.This is bull shut, what bottom slot for the sim???? The company should have made it More user friendly with sim instructions, even small Gov. Phns have guides for every part.... This is Very frustrating.

I finally got the sim card to work. The micro slot is either non-standard or they just made it too small so I had to cut a hole in a piece of credit card to put my micro sim into the mini sim slot. Anyway, does anyone know how to make this thing run 4G? Where I bought it from it was advertised as having 4G but this thing is running on gprs which is extremely slow. Thank you.

I just bought one, but there are no instructions on how to put in the sim card. The small slot where it looks like it should go doesn't fit, and the other 2 slots are too big. Maybe it takes a special sim card?

Hi it's really cool it works as a gsm or just a wifi Tablet , Tmobil or AT&T any gsm carrier quad band works any were in the world and comes in bundle package with a 1 yr warranty . Loven it

I just purchased an unlocked nitro phablet 71 tonight. I didn't purchase the plan because I bought it in a metro store and want to use with my tmobile account. Only trouble is I don't know where to put the sim card in. Where I put it in and it doesn't work so I presume I put it the wrong place and no one wants to support this phone paritically tmobile my carrier. What should do??? help
